Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains how your personal data is processed through www.lifepark.com.tr, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data we process
- Identity: first and last name.
- Contact: phone number and, optionally, email address.
- Request details: event type, venue preference, date, number of guests and your note in the request form.
- Security data: IP address, browser and device information, page access logs.
- Measurement and advertising data: only if you consent, through cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
- Answering your quote and information requests, calling you back and preparing an event proposal,
- Pre-contract discussions and organising the event,
- Keeping request records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system,
- Keeping the website secure and preventing spam and abuse,
- Meeting our legal obligations,
- If you consent, measuring website use and the results of our advertising.
4. Legal bases
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation), 5/2-f (legitimate interest: site security and spam prevention) and, for cookies, Art. 5/1 (explicit consent).
5. How data is collected
Electronically, through the request form on our website, by phone, email and messaging apps, and through cookies and similar technologies.
6. Transfers
In Türkiye: to our authorised sales and management staff, to business partners to the extent needed to deliver your event, and to authorised public bodies.
Abroad: our website is hosted on a server in Europe and uses a content delivery service (Cloudflare); our emails are sent through Yandex; if you consent, Google and Meta receive data for measurement and advertising. Transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may find out whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Art. 7; request that these actions be notified to third parties; object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request with details that verify your identity to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. We reply within thirty days.
