Heavy/power metal legends Savatage play their first ever İstanbul concert at Life Park on 19 July 2026!

After their big comeback ended years of silence, legendary heavy/power metal band Savatage tour Europe in summer 2026 with “Prelude To Madness”. The first stop on this special tour of nine headline shows and many festival appearances is Life Park on 19 July 2026 — Savatage’s first-ever performance in İstanbul.

Back on stage in 2025 with comeback concerts in Europe after a break of nearly 20 years, Savatage now set out to prove their legendary legacy live once again. The “Prelude To Madness” tour features a powerful setlist of the band’s classic anthems and rare deep cuts.

Singer Zak Stevens says of the tour:

“Last year’s shows in South America and Europe were incredible. Now in 2026 we will play nine headline shows in Europe: İstanbul, Bucharest, Este, Warsaw and Leipzig… all of them firsts for us. We are also very excited to share the stage again with friends such as Armored Saint, Vision Divine and Nevermore. Playing İstanbul is something we have dreamed of for a long time.”
